American Sod Corporation Guarantees Our "XDR21" Kentucky Bluegrass Sod To Be Growing For One Year When Planted Immediately Upon Delivery And Cared For In Accordance With The Instructions.

 

If The Sod Fails To Grow Within One Year Of Planting American Sod Corporation Agrees To Supply That Portion Of Sod Lost Through Growth Failure. The Labor And Transportation Costs Of Replacing Sod Shall Be Paid By The Customer.

 

In No Event Shall American Sod Corporation's Liability Be Greater Than The Total Cash Price Paid For The Aforementioned Sod.
